What to write about

• Report a bug. If a tool does not work or produces a bad result, tell us which tool, which browser and device you used, and what file type you tried. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
• Request a tool or a feature. Missing a converter you need? Want a format added? We genuinely use these suggestions to decide what to build next.
• Ask a privacy question. Anything about how your files are handled, what data is collected, or our Privacy Policy.
• Advertising and partnerships. For business, advertising, or partnership enquiries, use the same address and include the word "business" in your subject line.

A few things that help

• Please do not send sensitive files. You never need to send us a file for a tool to work, and we would rather you did not email private documents. If you are reporting a problem, a short description or a harmless sample is enough.
• Include the tool name and your browser. "PDF to Word, Chrome on Windows" tells us far more than "it broke".
• Be patient. This is an independent project, so replies may take a little time, but every message is read.

Response time

We try to answer within a few business days. Bug reports affecting a tool's core function are prioritized. There is no phone line and no live chat - email is the single, reliable channel, which keeps things simple and private.
